• Have run backuply several times with no problems, however, today it seems to be stuck at 65% with scrolling in the status window stopped. This was the last item on the scroll list:

    Hello,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

If possible for you try using Kill Process and then take backup again, and tell us if you face the issue again.

    Thank you!

    Regards,
    Backuply Team

The same is currently happening for me. Even when I kill the process and restart it still gets stuck on:

Could it be a server resource allocation issue?

    Hello @selinawdesign

Sorry for the inconvenience caused and the delay in response.

Will it be possible for you to turn on WordPress debug mode and then try to create backup. And if the backup fails again then please check the error log. We can get some information on why the backup is getting stuck there in the logs.

    Thank you,
    Backuply Team

That’s quite alright! So I enabled debug mode and ran the backup process again, but I had to kill it since it got stuck a 65%. Would the error log have been generated anyway? If so, where can I find it?

    Hello,

To check your error logs you need to login into your Control Panel and there Search for the Error wizard to check recent Apache error log entries.
