I can launch the backup process, but it always stops after extracting the files, when trying to restore them. Since the process just stops I don’t have an error code (I think). I can’t download the restoration live log either.
All I have is a series of screen captures with the process’ output up to its freezing: https://pic.infini.fr/q00zHUFd/gst1b89d.png

    Hello @ruxhart ,

Please navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the button:
Share debug info with BackupBliss team

And here’s a screenshot that shows where to get it: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm

Please paste the debug code in your reply.

    Kind regards

The thing is, after a failed backup attempt, I can’t access to my WP control panel, I get an internal server error. I close my browser window when I see the process has froze and when I go back, this is what I get.
Is there a way to tell the backup process to stop itself “more gracefully” when it stops working for some time, as it happens here? So I could then get the debug info

Here is the debug info I managed to get: BMI-WRd35HYt-78603

Mind you, this is after I had to reinstall the website, I’m just trying to see if it helps at all.

    Hi @ruxhart

    My apologies for delayed reply.

I didn’t notice any issues on your website or errors.

Overall I barely have any idea how backup process can do such thing to your website, I don’t recall any similar cases, backup process does not write any files that are unrelated to our plugin and these related to our plugin are not included during site request.

Could you please try on empty site on the same server with latest version 1.4.5?

If it fail, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY in your wp-config.php which will show you which file and why the error happens, if you copy its contents it will be enough for me to understand the issue.

The only thing I can imagine is running out of space during the backup when your hosting provider fakes the amount of free space and our plugin can’t write the config file which causes the issue, but it has been resolved in v1.4.5 and our plugin can self-repair that.

Let me know how it went ??
    Thank you!
