Backup stops at 76%

    Hi!

    I have a problem with my back ups in BackWPup.

    It have worked well for a couple of years, but now I can’t get it to complete the backup. I’ve usually backed up to Dropbrox, but i have also tried to backup to folder – with same result.

    When I try – it runs in a long time, and after 12 hours i aborted it again. The full backup is about 10GB, so I know that it can take a while, but isn’t 12 hours to much?

    Hello @skolelaererlife

    Sorry about the issue, in case the job was too large, I would suggest you split the big backup job into smaller ones, for example, one for database, themes, and plugin backup, and one for just the backup uploads folder.
    Also, make sure to exclude all folders that are not related to your site(you can create another job just to back up these files) and exclude all folders created by other backup plugins to prevent duplicated backups.
