0000.020 (0) Scheduling a resumption (1) after 300 seconds (1642670462) in case this run gets aborted
0000.048 (0) Checking if we have a zip executable available
0000.051 (0) Creation of backups of directories: beginning
0000.055 (0) Beginning creation of dump of plugins (split every: 400 MB)
    0001.375 (0) Failed to open directory: ****/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/logs
0001.377 (0) An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job
0005.927 (0) Total entities for the zip file: 2515 directories, 11952 files (0 skipped as non-modified), 561.6 MB
0005.934 (0) Adding batch to zip file (UpdraftPlus_ZipArchive): over 2.0 seconds have passed since the last write (0 MB, 1 (1) files added so far); re-opening (prior size: 0 KB)

I have this error in two different wordpress sites. And in both of them is the same directory from sitepress-multilingual. But I cant found it, /logs doesnt find in /classes folder.

    Hi,

Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size. This will split the backup into smaller, more manageable files. To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb, save your settings and run a new process.

    Best Wishes,

    Thanks Bryle,

I tried it but it gives me the same problem.

    0001.392 (0) Failed to open directory: /*/*/*/*/*/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/logs
0001.393 (0) An error condition has occurred for the first time during this job

Maybe is it any problem with sitepress-multilingual-cms plugin?

    Thanks again for your support.

    Hi Rafa,

To test, try temporarily deactivating or uninstalling the plugin. Do you still get the same issue if you do that?

    Thanks,

    Hi Bryle,

I’ve just tried it but still no working. I’ve turned off the plugin and activated the maintenance mode. But in the procedure I have the same error at the directory. We also tried to gave the licenses to folder for public acces but same.

    Thanks for your support.
