    Hi,

    Thanks for the cool plugin.

    I’ve used it a lot and it’s always worked, but this time the plugin freezes at 13%.

    I deleted the plugin to test it and installed it again, but it didn’t help.

    can you maybe check where the problem is?

    Hello,

    It is recommended that you tweak WPvivid settings as suggested in this doc to increase the task success rate.

    Please note that it can take some time for the backup task to complete depending on the server resources and site size.

    If the issue persists after that, would you send us a full copy of the backup log so we can check and suggest further?
