• When starting a rather large Backup (>600MB) manually, the backup says after a while “finished in 0 seconds” and the progress bars are full. But when switching to “backups” to download the file there are 2 files, and none of them is the size of a full backup. And at least one of them is still growing when reloading.
    When clicking back to “backup-orders” (auftr?ge mein ich, hab die deutsche version) the system shows again a running backup. An quite often the same behaviour starts again: Backup in progress is shown (doesn’t start at the beginning, but shows a realistic progress), then says again “finished in 0 seconds”….

    When I just wait, it will finish in the usual time and has no error-messages or warnings in the log. This error is in the product at least for 6 Months and I can watch it on several sites, usually with bigger backups. Seems to happen wehen the logs says “Array……”

    Please fix that irritating behaviour. Thanks for the good work!

    No. The “Array-Stuff” is gone and the progressbar goes smoothly until 100% – but same Problem. Says “ready in 0 sec” but is still running in the background.

    Hmm, I think there is a temproary glitch in BackWPUp progress bar when running on your site, could you please give me the server log by going to BackWPUp-> Settings -> Infomation tab -> press Get Debug Info?

    Hi @collaborato,
    Please try go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Job tab -> Reduce server load and choose medium, go to BackWPup > Settings > Jobs, try to set Maximum Script Execution Time setting to about 20 seconds.
    After that, try to run the job again.

    I tried it, but same error. Even tried “reduce server load = maximum”: Same Problem.

    Thanks for getting back to me. I just tried, but still the same error. Using BackWPup 3.6.6. on WP 5.0.2. Tried to deactivate some plugins – no difference. It happens, as the status indicator says “archiving folder …”.

    Really sorry about the delayed response,
    I see you are running on fpm-fcgi installation, please try enabling Empty output on working option in BackWPUp -> Settings -> Jobs then run the job again?
