Backup/Restore plugin is not installed or activated on the site

    I already installed, activated, and used UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore plugin in child site.

    When I tried to backup in main dashboard, I encountered the following error.
    “UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore plugin is not installed or activated on the site.”

    Any idea?
