    Hello @jtechnet ,

    It seems that the backup process encountered a timeout limit within your Apache configuration and was canceled by the web server.

    Timeout in Apache is not the same as max_execution_time and it seems to be set around 30 seconds on your server.

    You need to adjust its value in your virtual host or global configuration and restart Apache, once you do that our backup plugin will be working properly. Consider setting the value to at least 300.
