    Hi there,
I successfully created a backup from a site in order to migrate it to another domain.
But when I start the migration process to the new domain, the restoration process gets stuck at around 26% (tried multiple times).

The new site is unresponsive at that point, so I’m unable to get the error log (clicking on “download live log” is unresponsive). Once I reload the page (after over 1h of waiting, the whole site crashes (“there has been a critical error on this website”).

Here’s the debug log from the old page (Not sure if it’s helpful): BMI-Pjftl0id-37473

Note: the page link leads to a WordPress installation in the subdirectory /quenchprime-staging of madebymomoko.com

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @momokomay

    My apologies for delayed reply.

Could you please try to restore the backup using this beta version?
    Download: https://backupbliss.com/downloads/plugins/bmi-betas/backup-backup-1.2.2.7.zip

You will still need to reinstall your WordPress to clean state.
As it failed at 26%, I believe there was some plugin or theme that caused fatal error during extraction that’s why our process couldn’t continue.
    – This issue is fixed in above version.

You don’t have to make new backup, you can use the same backup file.

Before you start new restoration using beta:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Save “Other options” section`
    – Mentioned beta version does not support PHP CLI yet and it will fail while it’s enabled.

Let me know if that resolves your issue ??
    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you ??
