  • I’m having the same problem when backing up to Dropbox.
    Backups used to be very fast but now taking ten minutes or so for very small sites.

    Not good when managing lots of sites.

    I’m having the same problem when backing up to Dropbox. In the last few days, none of the many backup attempts was successful.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log and the backup log before the update? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.

    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Please also indicate which is backup was run before and after the update.

    Thank you for your answer, I am free version and I have access to only 2 backups that are on the dashboard and I have no more.

    Deplus the newspaper contains private information and site specific so I will be unable to put it in public mode, we already had a hacking in 2016.
    Do you have an email address ?

    How to download the old version as long as you make a new update?

    Hi, I have the same issue. It take very longer while uploading to Dropbox and not like usual. In my case, I need to wait 20 minute until the backup process succeed. And yes, it happen on the last update.

    Hi,

    Please can each person who has a problem open up their own unique support topic, and post their backup log? The www.remarpro.com forum setup doesn’t allow proper threading, and as a result, if different people post about their issues on the same topic, it soon becomes a big mess.

    P.S. To post your backup log, use something like pastebin.com – the forum mods don’t like seeing log files posted in the forum because of their length.
