backup problem

    I have a very critical problem (it is critical for me atleast).
    I have migrated my site hosting from one host to another.
    During migration, I changed the A records and IP and DNS whatever it may be.
    But now everything is rolling, except one thing.
    I FORGOT TO EXPORT THE .XML BACKUP OF MY SUBDOMAIN where another wordpress site was on the air.
    Now that I have migrated, AND CANNOT CHANGE THE DNS, IP AND ALL THAT, but still have the access of old data server, can I import posts, pages, comments, custom fields, categories, and tags from my old subdomain…?
