Backup plugins for WP recommendations

  • Hi there,

    One of my servers has been hacked and I need to backup all my wordpress websites as my current host has suspended the server.

    Just wondering if people out here can recommend good free backup plugins for wordpress to backup a wordpress website.

    Backup plugin to include:
    – database/theme/website data backup
    – ability to restore from a previous backup
    – option to automate scheduled backups
    – ability to backup to Amazon S3 also as option

    I know there are many to choose from but wondering if people can recommend some free plugins that are good from personal experience please.
