Backup plugin not working

    My website’s backup system, powered by wpvivid backup plugin, has stopped working. Scheduled backups aren’t being performed, and I’m concerned about data loss. Can you help me diagnose the issue and restore reliable backup functionality?

    Hello,

Please go to WPvivid plugin settings tab page and set up the configurations below:

General settings:

1. Uncheck the option of ‘Merge all the backup files into single package when a backup completes’

Advanced settings:

1. Database access method: PDO?

2. Compression method: PCLzip

3. Compress files every: 100 MB

4. Exclude the files which are larger than: 200MB

5. PHP script execution timeout for backup: 300 seconds

6. PHP memory limit for a backup task: 512 or 1024 MB

7. The number of files compressed to the backup zip each time: 300

8. Split a sql file every this size: 100 MB

Afterward, please notify us of whether the backup task was successful or not.
