How to change prefix of images backup

    Before everything else: Great plugin, really, with really efficient and logical UX. The last one is really hard in complex plugins like this.

    I use the feature “Backup original images” when optimizing images and I have couple of suggestions that will lift this to even higher level of usability.

    1. I didn’t find any option in UI or “filter” in code to change “backup_prefix” variable, but I assume that I could change it in “options” table somewhere. Can you explain me how?
    2. Is it somehow possible to have all original images in one sub-folder below “uploads” (e.g. “uploads/originals”)? Maybe authors can incorporate this feature via action hooks, so we can freely play with folder or backup_prefix or both.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the kind words and for the suggestion.
    Currently, the suffix is hard-coded, so you won’t be able to change it. Same with the backup location.

    I’ll add this to our list or things to consider, but I can’t say if or when we’ll work on it.
