    Hello,

    yesterday I had following Issue:
via FTP I deleted some old backups from wp-content/wpvividbackups, but then SUDDENLY my site broke…I got following issue: https://imgur.com/fAZweGc
Then I recognized, that ALL my /wp-includes folder was just DELETED also (how is that possible?) EVERYTHING worked 1min before deleting the old .zips fine…So then I put from a backup via ftp /wp-includes back in and it worked again. But since then WPvivid is not working correctly anymore…it will do back ups, but they can not be used anymore…just tried it on a fresh wordpress installation. So i tried to deinstall and reinstall the plug-in, still not working…so my question is: How can I restore ALL the settings to the default WPvivid settings?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi @serkankurnaz

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Can you provide more details on “it will do back ups, but they can not be used anymore…just tried it on a fresh wordpress installation.”?

Here are 2 ways you can use to reset all the configurations back to defaults:

    1. Reinstall the plugin

The configurations will be deleted when the plugin is deactivated and deleted, and will be back to defaults when the plugin is reinstalled.

    2. Import a json file of default settings

You can use the export and import option in the plugin settings to import a default settings json file to the site.

Both methods will reset settings, remote storage configurations, schedule tasks on the site.

    Hi @serkankurnaz

    Thanks for the update!

Please try to change the ‘Compress Files Every’ in the plugin’s advanced settings to 50MB, then run a backup and try to download and upload the files again.

Sometimes some settings on a server do not allow files to exceed a certain size, which can cause the error.

    Kind Regards,
