    I’m getting a ‘back up failed, contact Backup guard for help’ failure message when trying to back up.

    Seems to be stuck on backing up files 0%.

    I’ve tried both with and without uploading to the cloud.

    I’ve previously backed up this site successfully several times.

    Backup version 1.6.8.1.
    Wordpress version 5.8.1

    Can you help?

    In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.
