    Hi,
I checked other post but non seems to describe my situation.
Everything seems set up correctly but after launching backup asap. the log never pass the “… starting in 60 sec”

    * What version of WP are you on?
    3.8.4

    * What PHP are you using?
    PHP Version 5.3.27

    * Are you on shared hosting?
    Yes

    * Does the on-demand (ASAP) backup work?
    no

    * When you turn on the logging, do you get ANY information?
just the “starting in 60s” …

    * What happens and what do you expect to happen?
Nothing happens (nothing in the upgrade folder either) and Im sure dreamobject is setup corretly because I use this plugin for another site and it works perfectly

    * How big is your site?
    not more than 100meg

Finally, if possible, can you share your URL? If you’re on DreamHost, I work there so I can go peek and see if I’ve already been traipsing around or not.

    Can you help ?? ?

ps: thanks a lot for this plugin!

Real quick…. Can you visit https://www.traduction-litteraire.com/wp-cron.php ? It’s possible that the cron job isn’t being kicked off if no one visits the front of your site.

You have to hit cron after scheduling. I’ll see what I can find, though do give it a shot with the other plugins turned off.

(You didn’t disable cron did you, in WP-config?)

No I didnt disable it ??
I tried to visit cron page after launching the asap backup but not affect through the logs so far

Good news! Found this in your error log!

Premature end of script headers: wp-cron.php

So legit, it’s not working because Cron isn’t.

Can you try turning off wp-maintenance ?

How can it be on if I can see the front page of the site? Also usually there is a .maintenance file if its on right? And there is none ??

wp-maintentance is active in your plugin list. That doesn’t mean you’ve toggled it on just that the plugin is on… I dont know that one personally.

But … really this is where I say “Turn off ALL plugins except dreamobjects and see if it works.”

Something’s breaking cron, which is why it can’t back you up ??
