Backup not showing in Google Drive

    My backups for my site are completed, and I see them locally, but I do not see them in my Google Drive folder. When I click the rescan remote storage, it completes, but my Google Drive folder still shows that it is empty. I have reset my Google account authentication, but the results are the same.

    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Same thing here. Just did the first backup to my google drive. Everything went right. The report that I received by mail also states that the backup has been done correctly but No files or folder from Updraft can be seen or found with the search tool.

    Backup contains: Files and database (Full backup)
    Latest status: The backup apparently succeeded and is now complete

    Hi,

    Did you check the backup directly on your Google Drive account?
    Can you send us a copy of the backup log so we can investigate further.

    Hello Bryle:

    Unfortunately, as I saw that this software was not working as it should, I uninstalled it from my WP Dashboard. Yes I checked directly in Google Drive and not on my desktop Google Drive folder. It was not there, anywhere. I am still interested in a backup solution. And Updrafts is being used by many. So I might try again in the future , and I hope the issue with the copy not showing in Google drive is resolved.
