Backup not possible anymore

    Hello,
    after successfully use of duplicator backups for several times now a backup is not possible anymore. The error message I get after a few minutes of trying is: “The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.” Duplicator is running on a WordPress 6.7 / 2023 Theme instalation.

    I’ve contacted my hoster and he assured that there are no restrictions on his side. So what can be done to use “Duplicator Backups” as successful as I used before.

    I understand that Duplicator no longer can create backups on your website, and the following error is being triggered:

    I need to have a clear understanding of the issue. Can you please explain in steps how this issue happens? I would appreciate it if you provide a screenshot that shows the issue.
