Backup not completing

    Hi,

    Please I need some help. For about 3 times now that I have tried to run backups, the backups don’t complete and hang for so many hours. I have split the backup to 25mb yet no result. The log files also get to timeout or show error when I want to view it.
    Please I seriously need to backup my website to run some updates.
    How can you help me?

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the backup log?
    This log can be found in the Existing Backups tab of the UpdraftPlus dashboard.
    If you cannot access the UpdraftPlus dashboard, then you can find the log file in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager.
