Backup not appearing in Dropbox

  • Hello – I have installed your plug-in on both my WordPress sites. On the first (also running on v. 3.5.1) I had a successful backup to my Dropbox without any issues.
    However, when running the backup for my other website, following the same procedure, the backup file is not appearing in my Dropbox. The backup log did not indicate any errors. I have run the backup three times now with no success. The file is too large to send to my email.
    Could you please speculate on what the issue might be and how to resolve it?
