    Yes for sure !

What do you want to know because it is quite general question

I have the plugin installed on a multisite.

I don’t know where to run the backup for all the sites. I thought it may be under the network admin area but it’s not. I went to the main site and run it there.

But I am not sure if running it there will backup the entire multi install or just the main blog.

It should be on the network admin area :
SL plugins > Backup Scheduler > Configuration > All directories (the full WordPress installation)

I believe that, as there is no answer, your issue is solved

Please tell me if it is not the case

    Hi Sed

    Thanks for checking in.

It’s not under the Network Admin area. I have network activated it but the SL Plugins link exist only for individual blogs.

I did a backup for one of the blogs and it worked (about 500 MB) but I am not sure how to do it for all blogs at once.

BTW: the file size for all blogs = 4Gig and another wordpress backup plugin bombed out because I think Hostgator killed the script. This is on shared hosting.

The main blog contains a link to SL Plugins and your can configure your entire backup here.

My plugin actually work on very huge size website : I designed it for that ??

Just below at Date of the backup

The process is still in progress for this backup (begun March 18, 2013 at 15:19:19.).

    Thread Starter Johanhorak

    (@johanhorak)

    Hi Sed

From the time we last spoke the back continues to run. Here is the progress to date.

The process is still in progress for this backup (begun April 8, 2013 at 10:13:54.).

The SQL extraction is in progress (6845110/25705796 entries extracted).

    Cancel this process
    Please wait…

Is this time to backup normal?

Are we agree that when you force a backup you have to stay on the page to complete the backup ?

The backup process, when force, takes about 5 min maximum (perhaps 15 minutes if the website is huge)

When it run autiomatically, it depends on the traffic on your wites

    Hi Sed

I forced it. It took more than three hours. The browser was killed accidentally and when I restored the browser it looked like it just continued.

I have cancelled it now. And forced it again.
