Backup Missing from Dropbox

    Hi,

    I installed Updraft Plus on a new website and made a backup four days ago to Dropbox.

    I’ve just made a second backup and received the “apparently successful” notice, however the new backup is not in my dropbox!

    Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

    Hi,

    I just reauthenticated DropBox and made another backup.

    This backup has arrived in my Dropbox, thank goodness!

    Still have no idea where the other backup disappeared to. But will settle for having at least received the latest backup successfully.
