backup migration failed

It seems that the backup process encountered a timeout limit within your Apache configuration and was canceled by the web server.

Timeout in Apache is not the same as max_execution_time and it seems to be set around 30 seconds on your server. Please consider making it at least 300.

You need to adjust its value in your virtual host or global configuration and restart Apache, once you do that our backup plugin will be working properly.

thanks for your answer! Changed the php parameter and could migrate backup, thanks!

We had to change the provider, but now i cant login to WordPress over the plesk panel anymore.

Seems like I have to contact support!

Thank you for the update, glad to hear that the migration worked. As for the WP Admin login, it stayed the same as the original site that you backed up, of course. For other logins, please consult your hosting service.
