    Hi,

    I received an error on restoring my site to a different URL.

    Reference is BMI-CUzLpl4O-89505

    Wondering if you can assist with support

    Hello @akilroy ,

    It seems that the backup process encountered a timeout limit within your Apache configuration and was canceled by the web server.

    Timeout in Apache is not the same as max_execution_time and it seems to be set at just around 30 seconds on your server.

    You need to adjust its value in your virtual host or global configuration and restart Apache, once you do that our backup plugin should be working properly.
