Backup keeps failing

    My backup keeps failing, and I’m pretty sure it’s because I keep timing out, I’ve had this problem in the past and was advised to make my number of rows backed up at once to 1, which I’ve done. I’ve also increased the request frequency to 10, still no luck. The log doesn’t point to a specific plugin causing the issue, so I don’t know what it is. Here’s the log:

    Thank you for the log file.
    Let’s try a few things, please.
    1. Try increasing the Max Execution time and running another backup.

    If it fails, please, run a custom backup of files, this way, for example:
    1) Plugins + themes
    2) Uploads + plugins + themes
    3) WP content +plugins + themes

    Please, let us know which one fails and provide us with a new log file.

    Somehow I got it to work after I wrote this, I made the number of rows 1000….why it wouldn’t work at 1, but would at 1000 is weird. It was at 1 because that was how it was able to work in the past. I’ll try again today and see if it fails again…

    It may depend on different factors and each website may need a different number of rows for the backup to be successful.

    Could you also open another thread and clarify this sentence, please?
