Hello,

I use this plugin for a lot of client websites and am very happy with the result. That being said, I am having an issue on one site where when I click “Backup Now” it just sits there and never shows any of the green text signifying that the backup has begun. I believe my php is up to date so I am not sure what the problem could be. I have searched the support forum and have not found a similar issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

When I go to the log area in WordPress it is blank.

Problem was that there were no zip extension https://php.net/manual/en/zip.installation.php on server. We added error notification in case if there are no such extension on user server.

I don’t know what to do. I checked FTP in where to back up and it creates the Filesystem and Data base back ups, but when I try to download them (the file system is almost 5Gb) the file can’t be decompressed ! I’ve tried many time …

Yes, this is good idea, in any case – I will just need to know – are your server able to send 5gb of data, and do you able to get such volumes.
