Backup Jobs get locked out

  • Hi,

    This is a continuation of the end of this support thread for reference:

    Backup failed

    To review here: It appears that periodically the plugin fails to remove the options record for buwd_job_running. As a result it blocks further backups until that record is deleted. There must be some other issue going on here because I have many other sites using this backup plugin and not getting this problem.

    I can delete this record and then a backup is allowed, and often it will be fine for a week or so, then it’s back, like today. I have no idea what triggers the incomplete removal of that record, but my clients can’t fix it and therefore it discourages backup up.. not good!!

    Hi,

    Would you be kind and navigate from From Settings to the log tab. There is a checkbox for enabling debug mode. Kindly check the latter and run again. Afterward, please provide us with the log again.
