Backup JOB not responded in 10 seconds

  • Hi , I have been trying to take a backup of my website https://trippindian.com/
    The issue I am facing is that I get this error when I run the job : Job “Backup JOB” has started, but not responded for 10 seconds. Please check information.

    Further, on clicking on ‘information’ i got this on server self connect :
