    New installation of premium version – have attempted backup there times – failed each time.

    Hi @jbrooksws

    My huge apologies for the delayed reply.

    The backup logs looks quite fine actually, they are at final step.
    Before you try anything I suggest here, please double check if your backup(s) list is empty. Simply go to second tab of the plugin and check out what’s on the list.

    Our list can display only valid backups, so even if you saw hick-ups screen it could be a false negative in that case.

    But if the list is empty then please try:
    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Then find this setting: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    4. Save “Other options” section
    4. Force stop both processes, it will clear temp files: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    At this point you can try to run it again, but if it still fails.
    1. Open first section of the plugin
    2. Adjust your exclusion rules for this defaults: https://prnt.sc/1s1ocpa
    3. Save the section and try again
