Backup is stuck on restoring files

  • Hello, i’m trying to restore my website using the backup i’ve created and the process is stuck on 12% on restoring files. I’m trying to use this method of migrating my website, because the first option of importing the wpress file is not working as well and it’s stuck too. My new website in which i’m trying to make the backup is https://new.mandou.gr. The server is fully working and i have plenty of disk space available. Also the wpress file is 350mb and is already uploaded on the server, as the method i’m trying to use is the Backup. Please help me!!

    How large is the database (of the file you are importing)?
