Backup is not working

  • same problem here, latest version of plugin & wordpress.

    any hints?

    Something is wrong with the backups. When I select “Create Database Backup” a white page is showed and when I refresh the page the following message appear: “It looks like another process might already be trying to backup your database. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists please contact support” (latest version of WP and plugin).

    I have other sites with iThemes Security plugin running in the same hosting account and the backup functions works fine.

    How do I fix this? Thanks!
