Backup is not working

Something is wrong with the backups. When I select “Create Database Backup” a white page is showed and when I refresh the page the following message appear: “It looks like another process might already be trying to backup your database. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists please contact support”.
How do I fix this? Thanks!
