Backup is corrupted

    After I complete the backup and proceed to download it to my computer, the downloading process intrerupts for like 2 or 3 times for no reason. After I succesfully downloaded the backup and try to open the rar file with Winrar it says that the file is corrupt.

    Can anyone help?

    How did you download the files? Backend or FTP ?
    Are there Messages in the logfile?
