Backup Hanging

Trying to Backup a farly small site. I’ve had it set to auto for a while each week, but after calling my web host to complain about my slow server speed, they informed me that my most underused website was using the most memory so I opened up the site for the first time in ages, updated WP and all the plugins, cleared the cached then went to BackWPUp to run the backup, and it was already sitting there running. I assume hanging from the last auto run. So I stopped it, then re-run it and after 7min I gave up. Heres the error code I got on my email.
