Backup Guard Mystery Error.

    I continue to get some kind of “mystery error” when trying to do a full, manual site backup. I get a dialogue box pop-up with what appears to be some kind of warning or error message highlighted in red — except that there is no readable text there. I’m happy to try to correct whatever problem is happening — except that there’s no message I can read. I don’t mind paying for the product if it’s good, but this doesn’t make me feel warm and fuzzy that it is.
