    Hi,
We set up the DreamObjects Connection plugin over a month ago, and verified at that time that it works. We configured it for daily backups with 30 day retention.
We are running on Dreamhost Shared plan.

I check now and see that our Dreamobjects bucket is empty. After attempting a few ASAP backups, it appears that backups get stuck.

Here is a log (with specific information replaced with X’s).

    [carter-braxton:~/XXX.com/wp-content/plugins/dreamobjects]$ tail -f debug.txt
    [2013/07/25 11:03:27] Scheduled ASAP backup.
    [2013/07/25 11:03:35] Begining Backup.
[2013/07/25 11:03:36] List of files added to the zip.
    [2013/07/25 11:03:37] SQL file created: /home/XXX/XXX.com/wp-content/upgrade/dreamobject-db-backup.sql (6 MB).
[2013/07/25 11:03:37] SQL filename added to zip.
    [2013/07/25 11:03:37] Creating zip file …
    [2013/07/25 11:05:06] Calculating zip file size …
    [2013/07/25 11:05:06] Zip file generated: /home/XXX/XXX.com/wp-content/upgrade/dreamobject-backups.zip (253 MB).
    [2013/07/25 11:05:06] New filename https://www.XXX.com/2013-07-25-110506.zip.

(FYI, it is now 11:35:00, 30 minutes after the last log message was output.)
Also it appears that ~/XXX.com/wp-content/upgrade/dreamobjects-backups.zip exists with the correct timestamp. https://www.XXX.com/2013-07-25-110506.zip does not exist (or at least I don’t know where to find it).

    Thanks.

That file name is wrong… Huh.

One question (and I pardon for the delays I’ll have debugging, I’m on my way to WCSF).

Did you set your home and site URLs in your WP-config?

I will say that certainly with a zip of 250+ Meg’s, shared will be slow or possible unusable. BUT. That may be because you’re never cleaning up the zips afterwards.

You should delete anything dreamobjects in the upgrade folder before rerunning the command, clearly something got stuck… I’ll see if I can put a check in to clean that out beforehand!
