Backup Files

    Hello,
    My site was infected with malware. I want to delete all files, restore Word Press, and restore a backup I have from UpdraftPlus. But I’m not sure if they were remotely, so before deleting all, I want to make sure I save them from the server. Where are they stored and with which file name?

    Hello again…
    I found some backup***.zip files on /public_html/wp-content/updraft, but they are from April last year, when I know, and I have emails that I did at least 5 backups in the last few months (every time I posted an article or did a change).
    Is there any way to see where those files are?

    According to the email reports, where was UpdraftPlus configured to send your backups too? That details is in the email. We do not have any other knowledge – we don’t have back-doors, and UpdraftPlus doesn’t send us such information (which would be against www.remarpro.com terms and conditions unless we’d asked for explicit opt-in consent).
