backup failures

    The backups for this site have begun to fail. Because of the current settings only failed backups and their logs are visible on the site. If I’m reading it correctly, the first one seems to be fine until it gets into saving to Dropbox. the second is after creating a new exclusion and changing the chunk size to the default. After that I also began to get other error messages on the site:
    log-1
    log-2

    Can anyone offer some guidance with this? I’d really like to get the backups going to Dopbox again.

    Hi,

    I am seeing this error message
    0334.103 (1) Dropbox: HTTP code 401 returned from Dropbox, refreshing access token
    0334.105 (1) PHP event: code E_WARNING: Undefined property: stdClass::$refresh_token (line 275, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/Dropbox2/OAuth/Consumer/ConsumerAbstract.php)

    Can you please re-authenticate your Dropbox remot storage? Then attempt a new process and let us know if you still get the same issue.

    That worked. Thank you

    Now that I know what the solution was I think I’m going to undo the exclusion, and then return the chunk size to the previous andsee if either/both are tolerated.
