    Hi @cdrazen

    Could you please try two different backup techniques (you can find them in ?other options” section) at the bottom:

    • “Bypass web server timeout directive – backup process may be slower”
    • …or “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”
    • Don’t forget to save the settings ??

    Also very important thing, please exclude this DIRECTORY by path:
    /home1/aimhigh/public_html/wp-content/uploads/wp-clone
    and this FILE by directory:
    /home1/aimhigh/public_html/.qidb.zip

    You can do that in first section of our plugin, make sure you saved the settings twice in each section since the save logic is separated :).
