Backup fails to complete 1st time

    My website is underdevelopment and isn’t published yet but I want to backup what I’ve developed so far. I don’t have any blogs yet. My manual back-up fails with a message that there are no blogs to save. Any ideas what is going on and how I can fix this situation?

  • How are you trying to back things up? With a plugin? Through MySQL?

    If you’re trying to use the export function, you won’t have anything to export if you don’t have any content (e.g., posts, pages, tags, etc.). The export won’t back up your settings.
