Directly after installing the plugin I could select 2 forms from the dropdown list (“Form 1” and “Form 2”). I edited “Form 1”, changed the name and am actively using it now. However, I’ve never touched “Form 2”.

Later I went to the “Tools” tab and tried to back up all forms, but that failed with an error message saying something about “form not found”. This occured on 2 installations. I managed to fix the problem by selecting “Form 2” once from the dropdown list. After that, I was able to export all forms. It seems that the automatically created “Form 2” prevented the backup from working correctly. Maybe a missing / incomplete database entry?

That brings up another question: how can I delete forms that I don’t need?

Hi, to delete a form simply go to Tools, then towards the bottom you should see a button that allows you to delete a form. A note, this only works on new created forms. You cannot delete the default form created by the plugin.
