Backup fails because of some database error

    Hi, I was trying to use total upkeep to backup my site, but encountered the following error. Could you give me some idea how to fix it?

  • Hi @bwmarkle I am trying to backup my website for the first time, But File size before compression: 1.85 GB.
    I am not sure about the maximum size for this plugin to work properly. It stuck after Archive file size: 552.99 MB, and sometime it reached to Archive file size:870.70mb and then I waited for 4 hours but nothing happend , and then I started again and it stuck on 552.99 MB.
    My Hosting is ” HOSTGATOR”.
