Backup Fails after 10s

  • Hello there,

    I already successfully did several Backups of my website. Now, when I try to back it up it says that it tried to but after 10 seconds nothing happened. Do you know how I can fix this?

    Hello @jascha22
    I checked the server and seems like your server permission currently is 0755 so BackWpUp can’t create folders and save backup files, which leads to the issue, please make sure that BackWpUp is able to write files to your uploads folder, set your wp-content/uploads folder to 775 or 777 then try backup again.

    Hey duongcuong96,
    Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately it did not work. I tried it at 40775 as well as 40777. Do you have another idea how to fix it?

    hmm could you help me disable all plugins except the BackWPUp then run again?
