The plugin was working a couple of weeks ago but now the log shows…
    Starting upload to FTP …
[01-Jul-2020 03:14:54] WARNING: ftp_nb_fput(): The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

This fails three times. I tried it again just now and same problem.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks.

The error indicates another process is trying to access the file, maybe the file/directory is temporary used by another theme/plugins code, that why the warning shows up.
Btw, did the warning show which file was not accessible?
    Thank you!

It did not mention a particular file. I assumed at that point it had created a single Zip file and was trying to upload that to the FTP host. Surely the zip file would not be in use by another plugin?
Having said that, the FTP host does have a small zip file created at the time?
    This seems stranger…
    Thanks.

    Hi @bobjgarrett
please go to BackWPUp -> Settings -> Logs -> Logging Level -> Debug(not translated ), re-run the job again and send us debug log.
You can get backup log at : BackWpUp -> Logs

Download the latest logfile from Logs and upload it to any cloud service like Dropbox or GDrive.

Thank you, btw, did you try tweaking around with the max execution time(BackWPup > Settings > Jobs)?, just try to lower it then run the job again.

I tried reducing the max execution time to 15s but still the same problem.
