    Hi @apr1967, thanks for reaching out and sending over your log. I’m sorry to see you’ve run into some issues. From the error type it looks to be some sort of formatting issue in your code causing this backup failure.

    In order to begin troubleshooting I do have a few questions for you:

    1. Have Total Upkeep backups ever been successful and If so when did you first notice your backups failing?
    2. I noticed you’re using a php_zip compressor type, could you try running the backup using the system zip or pcl_zip to compress your backup files?
    3. Is Total Upkeep and your WordPress core application updated to the latest versions available?
    4. What PHP version are you running on your WordPress site?

    I think it worked the first few days, but I am not sure. I don’t even see how to tell from the plug when it was successful or not.

    Changed to system zip, still fails.

    Afraid to update, since I can’t backup.

    This domain is using PHP 8.1 FastCGIModify

    Just manually updated Jetpack and it worked.

    Also, spoke to dreamhost support and the had me turn of the wp cron job and put in a cron job on the host config, and they say the bumped the wp memory because I was hitting it hard.. Thanks

    Hey @apr1967,

    I’m happy to hear you were able to get this resolved. Yes, those memory limits can definitely cause an issue. I’ve also seen JetPack be problematic at times.
