Backup Failed To Complete With An Unknown Error

I have tried to back up my site several times today and keep getting error: The activity cannot proceed any further due to an unknown problem. Please visit the Help & Support section for information on where to find help. It also shows ‘The backup ran for 30 m 47 s and backed up 0 B in 0 files. A total of 0 B in 0 files were scanned.’ Further information is below. I don’t understand why this is happening… it was backing up perfectly a week ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have also read through other threads with the same issue and there have been no responses or help on those that are helpful to me.
