    Hello

    Thank you so much for the amazing backup software. I have purchased the premium plugin, my site is 9GB in total, I have 10GB available storage, however, when I try to backup my site it fails with no error message. The text displayed is:

    There were some hick-ups…
    The backup process ran into some difficulties:
    *** no error to copy ***

    Any idea what I can try?

    Hi @jermainesky

    In general the plugin requires more space than you need for the backup.
    It’s around 120% of the backup size.

    Why is that?
    In case when you’re running out of space your server may work incorrectly due to missing space our plugin will make sure there is enough for the backup and for the your server system.

    In that case I can suggest you to free up some space, or make partial backup.
    You can specify what to backup in first section of the plugin.

    You can also try two different backup technique (you can find in ?other options” section) at the bottom:

    • “Bypass web server limits – it will disable automatic backup and possibility to run it in the background”
    • Don’t forget to save the settings ??
