    backup failed to create. I have a log id to look at the log that was sent to support.

    Hello @jjp81962 ,

    Your server seems to be really slow.

    The backup process encountered a timeout limit within your Apache configuration and was canceled by the web server.

    Timeout in Apache is not the same as max_execution_time and it seems to be set to just around 30 seconds on your server.

    You need to adjust its value (consider making it at least 300, preferably more) in your virtual host or global configuration and restart Apache, once you do that our backup plugin will be working properly.

    Network solutions takes forever to get anything done., I want to get backup done so I can move off there server!!!!

    They said they increased the speed but now when I press the backup button . a yellow box pops up and says it is calculating the backup files. nothing else is happening
