    Hello @msdianep ,

    The backup file not be valid. Please download it to your local machine, take a peek inside it, see if the json manifest file is there, among other files and folders. If it is missing, it means that the backup is not valid, and in that case, please share the debug log from the source site:

    Please navigate to the plugin section Troubleshooting > Check advanced options and click on the button:

    Please paste the debug code in your reply.

    In case that the manifest file is present, the backup file is valid, so please upload it manually to the new site, via the plugin section “Manage & Restore backups”. After the upload, please click on the Restore button.
