    Hello @aritry

Your debug code, tells me that the backup was cancelled by Apache Web Server.
It was most likely caused by KeepAliveTimeout directive in Apache configuration.

We have alternate backup method, that can bypass this limitation.
Simply, follow below steps, there are also other things you can improve.

Please open first section of the plugin named: “What will be backed up?”
Find subsection named: “Exclude by folder / file name (case-sensitive)”
Here add these three rules, like on image: https://prnt.sc/9oftADPd_Z7e

Once you do that, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Change backup method: https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    3. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

When you do that, try to run your backup once again.

Let me know if that worked for you ??
    Thank you!

    Hey @aritry

Your issue is most likely caused by modified PHP CLI.
You should be able to resolve it by disabling the checking step.

Please follow these steps on the site where you experienced this error:

    1. Go to “Other options” section
    2. Disable PHP CLI checking: https://prnt.sc/1sljr31
    3. Change backup method (optional): https://prnt.sc/1s1ofpa
    4. Save “Other options” section
    5. Force stop both processes: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

Once you do that, try to run your backup process again.

Let me know if that worked for you ??
    Thank you!

Thanks. I had already made the backup with that configuration. My only question is whether the PHP CLI checking has to be checked or empty.

@aritry PHP CLI disable option needs to be checked.

I had checked it but the restore failed.

    Hi @aritry

    – PHP CLI executable path should be empty.
    – PHP CLI checking should be disabled (checkbox should be marked).

Make sure you have saved that section, each section in our plugin requires separate save action. Otherwise these settings won’t be saved.

If something does not work, or you cannot save settings, it may be good to reset plugin configuration, in such case please remember what’s your current backup storage path is.

In the debug code you provided it does not look like disabled it, but you also didn’t provide any new debug code.

If your restoration still fails, please provide me new debug code.
You can generate it anytime after failed process: https://prnt.sc/lKbjrSAqQudm

Let me know if that resolves the issue ??
    Thank you!

    Hey @aritry ,

We haven’t heard from you since, so I’ll assume that the issue is resolved and will close this support ticket. If you face any new issues, please feel free to open a new ticket.

    Kind regards
